I'm not Japanese so I wouldn't know where to start to ask permissions for this, but if someone who knows Japanese would want to request it, that would be awesome. Site's in English, too.
On left-hand side, under the silver contraption at the top-left of the page, there's two language options: 日本語 and English. Choose English. Scroll down to About Us --> Contact Us on the bar at the left. Rest is self-explanatory.
