Well, you can see several vids of the song on youtube, so I would say some kind of disclaimer or something like that would work, assuming you can do that with ffr. I'm not really too familiar with stuff like this, I've never posted on the forums or talked about stuff like this until now :S

how it works with ffr is that to be absolutely sure that the game can't be sued on any grounds we only include songs from which the copyright holder has given us explicit permission OR songs that are in the public domain.

you don't need to say any magic words; you just need to show how the artist was contacted (for verification purposes) and reproduce the email in which they give permission for FFR to use their music (or their music conditionally, i.e. I only give permission for song X to be used)
