Well, you could put some drone stuff in there. Keep layering it on until it gets to be a powerful, but still unnerving beat.

I've never made any music before, so take my advice with a grain of salt, or the whole shaker if you really need it.

I whipped that up in 30 minutes to just test some design I had for the harmonics in Sytrus, and I didn't disappoint myself!

This is something that I completely wrote out on notation paper in a restaurant (all instruments) before combining it with actual instruments.

This isn't something I did for fun, it's for my music course but I thought it was an interesting process as I've never written music notation before and when the creative process is moved away from actual sounds things change a lot.
