Just talked to him on AIM, here's basically what him and I said:

Mr Breedwell (3:51:40 PM): Anyway, I received your SN from someone who creates stepfiles for a game called FlashFlashRevolution
Mr Breedwell (3:52:12 PM): I've been trying to figure out what kind of permissions for stepping your songs for the past few days, and he figured we have a blanket permission, but gave me your SN to ask you personally.
DJ Karbon (3:53:07 PM): as long as you talk to me first i am perfectly fine

We can find his music on his Newgrounds page thing, however Newgrounds is currently updating their site, so we can't go there at this current time.
