got the news this morning that one of my buddies that I grew up with in church took his own life overnight. one of the goofiest motherfuckers I ever knew. my heart's broken. is this what losing a friend to suicide truly feels like? I've often thought about what the reactions would be if I killed myself, but now that I'm the one with the broken heart, I wouldn't wish this on anyone, ever.

rest in peace my dude. you will be forever missed.

Had that happen to me back in high-school. Never cried so hard in my life...Just gotta remember them for all the good times while they were around

Shit dude, I'm really sorry to hear that. I'm not sure if you're doing anything to help you cope with it, but I hope you're taking the steps you need to really take care of yourself. I'm here for you if you want someone to talk to eh, as always.

Above all else, please make sure you're not blaming yourself. That's the worst thing you can do, as I can guarantee you it's not your fault one bit.

i broke down at work. it's drake all over again. i'm taking an ativan and cleaning around the house to keep my mind elsewhere
