Re: Awaiting Hell
Your sound design is getting much better
I like this. Edit: Especially when it drops into double-time. |

Re: Awaiting Hell
By sound design do you mean the layout/progression, or my synths? Either way thank you man it means a lot. I'm glad you like it.

Re: Awaiting Hell
Excellent production values and sound. Clean, although the kick and snare could be more punchy, I still like it!

Re: Awaiting Hell
To each their own And as I said before I make my sounds in Sylenth1, still getting the hang of it but I'm glad people enjoy them.

There's absolutely zero reverb on the snare at the moment, I actually hadn't thought about or noticed it until you said that, thanks. Last edited by Magic_V2; 04-7-2012 at 08:01 AM.. Reason: new song |

Toontrack's EzMix is pretty handy for snares. It can achieve that kinda gated reverby feel with the press of a button, and then you can mix it from there. |

Re: Awaiting Hell
I liked it! Good job with the bass and synth choices. I think the sounds compliment each other. Too often do I hear tracks that stick to low frequencies to sound dark, but everything was neatly put together. Looking forward to what you can do with this sound moving on. Cheers!
