well for my spread it is a little different i play on two keyboards q,w on one keyboard and k,l
on another and it has helped me alot

Having your wrists arched is worse for them.

When they are placed on the keyboard or something supporting them, less tension goes through your wrists because it is more ergonomic.

Edit: Also wtf 0-0-0-1 on LW4. GTFO my D3.

EDIT:so i just got back from playing with my wrist off the keyboard and my arms hurt x.x lol no stamina

but my PA was waay better for like the first two songs

my speed went down alot though
