Jumpstream!
For all you out there that could help. My biggest weakness at the moment seems to be jumpstream. Anybody that knows of songs with jumpstream that would be best for me to practice on. Any help at all would be appreciated, thanks.

Re: Jumpstream!
@massflavour: Thanks, but I dont really play Stepmania =/
@Engler: Thanks! I tried that, and its very good practice. @JustAJiggalo: World Of Dreams is good for practicing consecutive Jumps, but its not considered jumpstream. |

Re: Jumpstream!
There's quite a few of them out there. Personally, I'm addicted to jumpstream- and these are some songs that I play all the time. Note that these are songs are not easy.
Classical - Piano Etude (Demon Fire) (Jumpstream mixed with lots of jacks. Useful), Molto Vivace (Not too much, but still decent. The part inbetween the crazy jacks with the jumpstream [500 arrows] is good), and Revolutionary Etude (Starting at about the 500th arrow. The jacks get to me, though) Secret - Pants (This won't help you too much, unless you can read the jumpstreams well), K8107 (The jumpstream at the end is a tad hard to combo, and it's good to work on this), End Night (yes.) Purchased - Silence (Duh, but this is better for consistently combo'ing jumpstream) Dance 2 - What other than Exciting Hyper Highspeed Star? Crowdpleaser (lol 2 framers, also the jumpstream is slow but also annoyingly tricky [for me]), Seven (Yay) Arcade - BB Evolution (This is not a jumpstream song. It's mostly high BPM stuff, 16th streams, etc. There are some streams with a jump in the middle. This can get you started on faster, more chaotic jumpstream. In the middle continuous stream, there is a alternating stream-jump-whatever for a bit) Rock - Cosmic Orchestra (This song is filled with 16th runs and streams accompanied by loads of jumps. This song should help A LOT) Skill Tokens (If you have them! ) - Unknown Girl (beginning and late-middle has some jumpstream that helped me improve on it) There are a couple more, but I can't remember them off the top of my head. Good luck improving on jumpstream. |

Re: Jumpstream!
Try Trog. in Dance1, They only appear around 900 combo or so, but they are a little slower than most jumpstreams in the game, therefore it's a good place to start.

Re: Jumpstream!
Wow, excellent feedback. Thanks for all the recommendations everybody. I will try out every single one of these songs again. And Ill definitely work on it more
@omgitznpv: Cosmic Orchestra is currently one of my favorite songs, and I recently FC'd it, so my jumpstream is slowly improving |
