Built this. Longer 6/8pin to molexes are on the way, and I'll probably change the CX to an AX in the near future.

My last purchase was an assortment of rare Benn Jordan CDs. Someone decided to sell their collection and I was able to snag the rare ones first! (Programmable Love Songs, Legacy (Visual Chicago Acid Edition), Réunion, That Missing Week, Louisiana Mourning)

EDIT: Sorry for the large photo.

Nice grabs WSCB, but the prices on some of those were pretty ridiculous (up in the 100's for m³ if I remember correctly). How much was the total?
I saw those come up for sale as well. You bought them from mk2008 right?

Yeah, I was the first person to notice Louisiana Mourning was listed on Discogs (this happened on my birthday)! I asked about his collection and I found out he (mk2008) was selling his collection so I aimed for the rare CDs (Programmable Love Songs, Legacy (Visual Chicago Acid Edition), Réunion, That Missing Week EP, and Louisiana Mourning). Those five items set me back 210 euros excluding shipping.

Someone else on Discogs bought the unsigned copy of M3 (Eismann) for 110 euros. I bought M3 for $9.99 on eBay (free shipping too). I paid 27 euros for Girls Suck But You Don't in February. I was lucky enough to pay a reasonable amount on all of my BLJ purchases before this order.

I'm pretty sure that this is as far as I'll get with collecting BLJ CDs (until the next new album comes out or if someone lists one of the rare Alphabasic/Metatone releases for sale). I guess I prefer physical copies of music.

I would recommend mk2008 on Discogs if anyone else is interested in purchasing some of The Flashbulb's CDs (his mid-era Alphabasic work and Sublight Records albums). A couple of the CDs are pricey (the other copy of Réunion and M3 - signed). I left positive feedback under a different alias - he's a cool guy to deal with!

@ Gradiant - Which Drum Corps are you seeing? My favorite Drum Corps is the Cadets!

Nice! I've only gone to 1 dci show before, and it rained and they all did stand-still performances. </3

still awesome though.

Damn, those are some really sweet prices on M³ and Girls Suck haha. Yeah, it'll probably be hard getting more than what you currently own. Some of his albums are so ridiculously rare. (I'm sorta at the same stage with my Sharpnelsound collection, the least rare album of the three I still need is an album that was sold on one day in 1998, only 40 copies made and the master files destroyed in a hard drive crash. Not even Sharpnel himself has the album lol gg, let alone the other two I still need).

Are you going for limited edition copies of his albums as well? I don't see a 1998 release on Sharpnel's Discogs page (so it must be ridiculously rare, as you stated). How long have you been looking for his CDs? I started buying BLJ CDs last year with Kirlian Selections and look at where I am now lol.

I have all alternate/limited editions of released sharpnelsound albums already haha. (see here http://i.imgur.com/nw1eaiyh.jpg)

The 1998 release I'm talking about is 高速音楽隊シャープネル - ダブル ダッチ. Anyone claiming to have that album on discogs is just full of shit lol.

The other two I still need are Project Gabbangelion - Episode 0:1 YonderDome (The first release of jea with friends released when he was still in high school, later re-released as SRPC-0011) and 高速音楽隊シャープネル - フロム・ザ・ハート (SRPC-0002.5, an in-between version of SRPC-0002 and 0003 limited to 5-10 copies (he wasn't sure anymore). This is the only pic we have of it lol).

I've been collecting albums for about 5 years now I think. I made a discogs account in 2008 but I didn't really start collecting physical albums until 2009. For just one year of collecting, you've gotten quite a bunch of rare flashbulb albums haha.
