Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
I was playing this file, but I feel it is not a 12 for these particular reasons:
-It is not as fast paced as most of the other 12's -Although the jumpgluts are fast, they are only for a short period of time -The jumpstreaming 24ths are not that bad -The NPS for the song is just 18. This is nowhere near as fast as files like No Purpose Flour, which reaches peaks of 27 NPS If I am wrong, then the level should stay, but I feel it should be changed to a 11. Whats your opinion?

Re: Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
Totally an 11. ~210 BPM light jumpstream probably is what put this up there (in my eyes), but it's light enough that this can still pass as an FMO (PCS is like 190 or something but has denser sections than this and it's an FMO). The jump-jack triplets are another thing that make this seem difficult maybe, but look at Gymnastics. There are only a couple of sections of jumpjacks in that song but it's definitely faster and it's still FMO also. Repeating 431432 or whatever patterns are also difficult but Gaussian Blur does them at ~200 BPM or something and it's also FMO. So yeah :P

Re: Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
definitely an 11, i'm not good at going into detail and analyzing songs bla bla bla, but patterns aren't terrible, not super dense, just some annoying jump jacks. Plus I can not sightread 14 goods on an fgo xD

Re: Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
11 , the 24th sections are not actually that fast plus the jacks are few and far between outside the beginning and ending
high fmo though |

Re: Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
Agreed with the others up there. Existing FMOs have patterns that are more challenging than what this file has to offer: Midnight Dragon and Starwolf with faster three-note 24th rolls (Starwolf even throws in jumps), Need Me and BB Evo with jumps one after another, Cinnamon Roll with pretty much everything: Length, speed, density, bursts.
However, the aforementioned rolls kill PA in a way that those other songs can't match only due to the sheer length: In terms of keeping goods down, I have more of an issue with October than this, but in terms of The Bens I have a huge block at 1036 combo when the jumpstream gives way to the rolls. Gonna say this is an 11. |

Definitely an 11. I don't see how this was even considered a 12.

Re: Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
It was harder, but the judges didn't like handgluts and other stuff

Re: Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
Hardest parts to do physically are the [13][24][34] 16th jumps, those are the easiest patterns to trip up on
Nothing in this file really demands that of what's expected in other FGOs expect for the jumpgluts I mentioned. The 143143143143 triplets can be annoying when you're trying to AAA, but objectively the physical factor isn't really demanding enough to make this an FGO. tl;dr song has some weird jumpglut transitions and the triplets can be annoying for scoring, but high FMO |

Re: Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
High FMO. Jumpgluts are not as aggressive as Piano Etude (Gymnastics) and are relatively lenient in terms of pattern choices. The 24ths repetitive patterns are a tad slower than Starwolf's 24ths. The 24th jumpstreams are probably the hardest part of the song, but the patterns are doable considering the speed of those 24ths.

Re: Trisection v2 [12 or 11]
Wow, this is a toughie. Those guitar solos have jumps dispersed in them, and we all know that 12th/24th note stream is a bit tougher to read through since the respective rhythms are very similar colors...
This chart is also comparable to Holy Orders in a few ways; the patterning in the introduction, the extended 24th note solos... actually, I'd go as far as saying it's a bit more aggressive than Holy Orders in the solo areas, minus the famous 32nd trill of course. The thing that seems to give the impression of not being a 12 is the lack of density in other areas. When I first took a look at this chart on the replay, it looked pretty easy -- then, I actually tried shadowing alongside of the replay and I have to say, some of those patterns are definitely a lot harder than they look. Definitely a borderliner in my opinion, but I'm leaning toward the FMO side as well. |

Eh I must be missing something here. Not even a high FMO to me.
Mid 11.
