Well since Rubix quit and Dossar has a better legit DP and RATO, then yes, Dossar is better.

I don't like to put them in an organized list because I don't know enough about each player but I know who the top 10 are:

Dossar, MrRubix, Samurai, Xayphon, TC_Halogen, OneHandNow, Smartdude, TeRa(?), OneWingedAngel(?), Zierg(?)

This is not in any specific order, I'm not even sure if all of them can fit the top 10 list. but these are the best players in my opinion.

the Top 100 AAA's list is pretty accurate, except it doesn't necessarily indicate who's the best.

Samtorx, EAGames, and a few others probably would've been in the top 20 if they didn't quit.
