Being able to show off to naysayers and disbelievers = best feeling ever
Anyways, again, seriously -- congratulations. I remember how shitty things were going for you a while back and it's great to see the massive turnaround. That's gotta feel amazing like no other. XD Last edited by Reincarnate; 01-13-2012 at 09:01 PM.. |

Re: Welp. I think I won at life.
Thanks! It really does feel awesome, though I haven't really had much time at all to go out and enjoy the money yet. I pretty much work 7 days a week and only take breaks during intense rendering/simulations. I figure a few months of really hard work is certainly worth it, so I'm trying not to complain.
So when are you going to get into big time stock trading or something and make mad money too? ;D |

Re: Welp. I think I won at life.
I thought I wanted to design video games too, until I started designing video games, and realized how much it sucked.
The only way to even make more than about 65k/y is to produce the game yourself. See first sentence. ps 4kget |

Amazing. Out of curiosity, what type of animations are you doing for the Super Bowl?

Re: Welp. I think I won at life.
Yes, darkshark, I believe you have indeed won at life. I'd certainly feel that way if I was getting a 15,000$ check every week. Congrats on the high profile job as well; there's probably lots of people in the world who would do anything to be able to do something for the NFL personally, especially for the Superbowl. Also should be something to put on your resume, eh?

Pretty sure that would break the site based on traffic increase alone. Then it'd be RIP for another year.
