but seriously this is a pretty hard question to actually ponder... its like what would a brand new color look like.... that kind of thing, but i know one thing for sure advertising would be very different =D weeeeeeeeeee im high

Yeah i know
If there were no sexes that would mean women couldnt complain about how much longer it takes them to get ready and how hard it is to be female (WOW that would be 1337)

It's not exactly mind bending. The world as we have it now would be completely different, sure, but the thing is, it's not going to change no matter how hard we think about the differences in it versus some fantasy.

You'd be exactly the same as your parent, who would be exactly the same as its parent....and you'd be exactly the same as everyone else you knew.

In asexual reproduction there is no genetic cross-over, thus every offspring is going to be exactly the same as the one before it.

This makes natural selection and evolution an impossibility, which is why all but the most simple single-celled beings reproduce sexually.

sure chardish... how does bacteria become immune to a vaccine anyway when it splits and makes 2 identical bacteria?

but seriously think for a second how different everything you would be even your thoughts...

That's as a result of mutation, not DNA crossing / gene pool diversity. Learn ye biology.

No pussy=teh suck BIG TIME. Then again, we really wouldn't know any different, so it wouldn't be that bad...wait, what the hell am I saying, YES IT WOULD.

Although I do think it'd be cool if you cut off your finger and a new dude grew.

bacteria becoming immune to a vaccine is not because of a mutation...well it kinda is, but its not that simple...bacteria can actually have sex...its called conjugation...one bactreia with a pili (penis) can attach it to another bacteria, and then after replicating RNA, the bacteria share their gentic materials...so a bacteria that wasnt immune before could have gotten a gene to make it immune form another bacteria...bacteria having sex is funny though...actually as ive heard if your penis was as big as a bacterias was, as a percent of body size, it would be about 30 ft long

Something tells me you've actually never "got some". Even if you have, that statement is still ignorant.

Sex is not the single greatest thing in the world, folks. I wish people could understand that.

Scary. You'd kill someone. Anyway, did you know that with certain types of bacteria, the reproductive process lasts up to four days? Now that's tantric sex for ya.
