ok. so you have 1AD = 3C & 1C = 1CW for the 1st 25.
That is easy. since you have x, x, and 3x, which is 5x. So you have 5 checks, 5 withdrawls, and 15 autodebits. That is $2.50 + $2.25 + $9.00 = $13.75 So $15.95 - $13.75 = $2.20 to go after 25 transactions. You're looking for the smallest number, so you want to use the most expensive service. That is the autodebit. $2.20 / $.60 = 3 + remainder. So you need to make 4 uses of the autodebit to exceed the $2.20. So the answer is 25 + 4 = 29. A. PS - CT (and the FFR Forums in general) are not really the place to ask homework questions. Some of us don't mind helping out once in a while, but as a general rule, we frown upon asking for homework help.

I don't really think you should be asking other people to do your homework for you....

Yeah...you dont really learn anything by getting others to do it for you.

Well if you have someone explain it to you, you could understand the process and steps better so that you know how to work it out the next time you come about these types of problems, right? It would be better if you figure it out on your own because it not only builds your confidence but you also teach yourself how to do something and thats what sticks with you the longest throughout your school years, instead of having to kinda memorize the way someone else did it and applying it to the problem.

Exactly. That's why alot of people at my school fail at maths, they are too busy trying to copy off others and memorise how to do it. Then when we sit for the exam they get all of the basic knowledge section right and fail on the extended section where you have to use your head. This is usually the difference between a C+ B- than a A
