proposal for gambling
because the cap for the gambling hall is 50k (cause unless you get a velocity loan that 2b credit won't happen) i propose flipping a coin whoever gets the side gets 50,001 credits from the loser.

I think the gambling hall should just go tbh. It rarely gets used anyways.
