Both of you.... STFU before I have to lock the thread.
If I need to say why, you're both retarded. [/Flame]

Sorry, one of the reasons for the creation of the CT forum was "Debate". It says so on the main page. I believe that this was a spirited debate, and unless someone wants to judge by using actual debate rules complete with rebuttals, then I really don't think locking the thread would be in the spirit of the Forum.
You have thirty seconds for a rebuttal. Mal

Debate, yes... use of constant "retards" and "idiots" back and forth is NOT debate. Its mindless flaming. Which is what you two were doing for a page. Nothing was said.
So... go back to your corners and do your research, get your facts, and DEBATE. ![]() EDIT: PS - Also, if this is what you would prefer, take it to AIM please. Not only could your conversation go faster, but you could curse and flame all you want AND not clog up the thread for everyone else.

...and who had the power to make this promotion? And a fault of which sex is this "opportunity" for the woman? Male. As for your story, I think your frustration had a lot more to do with you being 17 and in a position without much authority than you being a guy.

DDRAngel, I love that link about the women CEOs. I sure with it would list the profits of each company and list them by that from greatest to least. What would also be nice is a percentage of other high management positions. I also like how that essay clearly states "do not cite without permission" and you never posted written permission along with it. It was also written by a woman and a man who are sociologists (the same people who predicted that HUGE crime spike that was supposed to happen in the mid-90's) and would undoubtedly side with the majority of history. Hell, even economists agree that men have the upperhand even when it comes to marriages but things do change.
Ok, I'm not going to post much more than that because I am emotionally tied to the arguement and I need to cool down. Watch out for the planks in your eyes, people, before you start to argue. Q |
