I'd sign up anyways. It's division based so you'd only play against people within your skill level.

btw is using the dark mod allowed?
I just find it slightly increases my reaction time,
and idk if it's considered cheating

Using the Dark Mod is allowed, it is no form of cheating (just a visual mod).
