When you're trying to convert anything to anything.
Try googling "anything anything convert" You'll find it.

EDIT: Sorry, I thought it read "TIFF" instead of TTF. To do this, you need special software which may or may not be a tedious process to do... but it's manually putting each shape into it's corresponding glyph. I've tried working on it in "FontForge" which is the free software I found... but it is telling me the SVG file isn't properly made. I haven't done this before so I'm a bit confused.
In the meantime, any font substitutes you could use? I think you'll need to "download" one of the higher end font building softwares and as I said, manually map the shapes to the character glyphs. http://www.dafont.com/forum/read/277...tf-file-please
