Sleep schedule is completely messed up for me atm. Just wanted to go play songs that I haven't played in a long time. I know I posted scores that aren't PR1, that's because I used to play on j1 before I found any sort of active community for SM, but these are my best on j4.
First pass. ![]() Sightread. ![]() Sightread. Has anyone passed this yet? 350 BPM (i think?) 64th wall ![]() Beat my old j1 score by 17% lol ![]() First pass. I constantly failed this on j1 because I'd boorush on the jacks. ![]() My best j4 score. PR1 is 91% SDG lol ![]() Same as above. J1 score is 92% ![]() First J4 pass. J1 score is 89% ![]() First J4 pass. The first stream always screwed me over with the minijacks. ![]() First pass on 1.0. This was luck, my fingers tensed up a bit too much on the first stream and almost failed. ![]() First 1.0 pass. Old score was 68% on 0.7 and j1 lol ![]() Sightread. Now I know why people say this is hard, 13 rating is bs, more like 14 ![]() Sightread. Oh look it's an NVLM file that isn't a complete dumpstream. ![]() Sightread. I stayed away from all NVLM files after I saw Dossar's Death Moon Edit AA. ![]() Sightread. Failed on the 3rd last quad. ![]() First pass. I need to practice wrist jacking. ![]() This is the farthest I've gotten on J4. How do you get through the last chorus with those 12ths between the handstream? ![]() First pass. This was pure luck lol, PR1 is j4 on 0.7. ![]() First pass, would this be considered a vibro song? ![]() First pass. This is a lot easier than it was 4 months ago lol. No way I'm passing Edit anytime soon though. ![]() Jesus, this is a long post. Last edited by rCaliberGX; 07-15-2013 at 06:02 AM.. |

trick with stuff like vertex gamma, play halfway through it while giving it your all, then quit out/fail out, take a two min break then try same song again but try to relax.
Good to see you're getting better though |

Admittedly, I think both of those could be improved. They were the one of the first songs I played, and I did some pretty stupid stuff on the easier bits. IMO Blue Planet was the hardest for me to do. Also, first Kasta Sten Oni pass. ![]() |

Nice scores, but lol @ life difficulty 2, kinda makes some of those passes not as impressive.

Also, the options have life 2 labeled as "1.0" and life 4 as "0.6", which I'm guessing refers to the life drain. Is there a way to check if they are similar/the same? |

put it on 4, having an agressive lifebar helps to prevent mashing : > (it might even be roughtly as ITG one)

Admittedly, at the last few bars of both streams in Blue Planet, I mashed due to how draining it is for my stamina, though I played through most of it by trying to hit the arrows. Out of all the scores here, the only ones where I mashed all the hard parts are Blur and One Minutes Oni. |

Oh yeah obviously I meant no bad about it haha, from my experience having lenient life often makes you subconsciously mash more frequent or don't think of mistakes as as bad as if you see your life drop drastically. You're playing good and keep it up, keep posting

an AA on #est is always good, and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that has issues with the 24th shit near the end of WEYX (gets my FC everytime)
kasta sten is really good too, I haven't tried it in a while but I don't think I passed it lol life 2 is default on sm5 to make it more friendly for new players I think, but life 4 is generally the accepted option
