Shit's all offsync -- for some reason got a huge urge to play Badlands and I messed up a setting somewhere trying to fix the sync on this laptop a long while back and I never did get around to resolving it

I think it's in StepMania\Data\StepMania.ini -> GlobalOffset if you're using 3.9
If you upgraded to good ol' SM5 it's in %appdata%\Save\Preferences.ini -> GlobalOffsetSeconds |

I'm pretty sure there is something in the options that you just tap left and right to the beat of a song and it will sync your global offset. I remember doing that, so you could try it. Not sure what menu it's in, sorry.
