Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Every year, people don't understand that, by definition, about 85% of all the people who are in this tournament have ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE to win, whatsoever. No chance at all.

The standard for where D6 should start seems to be mixed for some people; it's quite interesting.

Hi. I haven't been placed yet. Was there a minimum join date requirement?

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
the borderline for each division could be really tricky to pinpoint. no idea how you guys do it haha.
I disagree. skill gaps within a single division can be pretty big, sure. however, anyone can improve at any time. certain players historically have made division-sized jumps over only a few days. two months is like an eternity to get better at this game. |

They haven't posted placements yet my little newbie and the last day to sign up was on the 30th of June so if you haven't signed up yet then you're out of luck my friend. Quote:
By the way, I was wondering what the requirements were to be considered D6? I always thought you needed at least more than 3 FGO's under your belt and 2 of them have to be mid to high level difficulty but I could be wrong. edit: People get lucky sometimes and have really good runs but it doesn't necessarily mean that they are fully capable of doing it again. Take Choofers for example, he was able to nail a pretty decent score on Rave7 yet people that have more AAA's and higher FMOs aren't able to succesfully accomplish the same stunt. It all just comes down to a breakdown of skill between each player. Some are good at jacks yet fail with jumpstreaming and vice versa. They should take this into account when making placements.

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
AAA's don't matter. it's the scores you get across FGO's.
EDIT: I had like 10 fmo AAA's and 1 fgo AAA (lolo) last official and I was D6 and placed like 14th.

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
I'm asking this as politely as possible
Can the people who handled these 2 people tell me why I'm Vince is in D5 (With NNT and FN AAAd) and Preggers is in D6 (FN and Tsugihagi BF'd) Blackflags are undeniably less impressive than AAA's, and almost everyone will agree that Tsugihagi is an easier song than Nomina Nuda Tenemus. Any other notable scores (or lack thereof, in case like YOSHl last tourney)? And in case you're going to ask, yes, I am mildly campaigning for Preggers to be bumped down, but this actually is a tad confusing, lol.
