Default Adobe Imageready and Videos

I wish to create a signature with a small clip of a video in it. I know how to do it, but it won't let me use a .avi format. I believe the only format is .mov. Is there any way to make it so it can not use Quicktime?

Thanks in advance

rather than look for a way around it why dont you just change it to a quicktime. Import it into After Effects and render it out as a .mov
