I didn't want to bump the old topic, so here goes.
Tomorrow is officialy when SAT scores go up. HOWEVER, I've been told from numerous sources (a lot) that they go up the afternoon before. Sup, it's the afternoon before. I'm SO nervous. Is anyone else waiting for their scores?

Took my ACT's last year... Poor me... 45 percentile nationaly on Enlgish and Reading... Then a freakishly high 95 percentile nationaly on science and math... o_O
Average of 23... Meh... Good luck on your SAT's though...

I remember last time I was trying to get on their website to look at my scores (from October) for the SAT IIs the server crashed because so many people were trying to get on. So don't get too hopeful that they will go up right away.

I took it once, got a 1420, decided that was enough. I do remember that it said the grades would be availble X day and I looked online and saw them the day before. If I were you I'd go check the website :P.

I still have yet to take the SAT's. Vocabulary will be a breeze, and I got a 790 on the SAT II molecular biology test. It should all be easy, assuming that I can learn algebra before it comes time to take the test. See, we have another math program which emphasizes group dynamics, but there is only one level of that class, so I get stuck with a table full of comparative idiots most of the time. That's why I switched out into acc geometry. Ahh, normal math. Now I'm back on course for flawless SAT's. Now that would look good on a college app.

beat 1500, and you get ffr's highest score... unless there is someone higher than that out there?

And I'm not sure how to relate the new SAT with the old one. New one is out of 2700 or something, correct? May be you could just do it by percentage, but that probably wouldn't be accurate.

I believe Blah has the highest SATs on FFR. He got in the low to mid 1500s. 1520-1550, I forget what exactly.
My HS graduating class had 2 1600s, 2 1590s, and at least 8 or 9 other 1550-1580s. We had something like 16 or 22 National Merit Semi-Finalists... some ridiculous number. Oh yea, my HS class was 365 students. National Merit SFs was 212 that year (or over a 700 on all 3 sections). I got a 196. ![]()

LD: huh?
Oh, and National Merit. I got a Letter of Commendation. Basically, "Good job. You did just well enough to not get shit. Congrats!"
