I just started playing Stepmania a while ago. Where are these files available for download?

Also, can I submit a SS of a file that I created (and that are in the FFR Simfile DB) and files that aren't publically released? or does it have to be files from stepmania.com or other rhythm game sites created by other users?

just copypaste someone else's and replace the info with your own

because you can probably beat quite a few of those WR's so you should try for em 0.0
caring about world records is the first step toward stepmania revival................
