okay first of all as you can tell im a decently talkative person, its how i was at flashstand.com before it was shutdown. (graphics and gaming site)
but anyways i am a graphic artist , sorta in training ..by..an idiot .. grr. anywho... heres a little something i made,i know some of you guys may not care, but if say super green x decided to remix quasar or something this could be an idea.. i dont know i have fun.. ![]() rate, comments etc.

i thought quasars just looked like a blinking light, that more resembles a comet. I'm so confused..

A quasar in theory is a giant mass of imploded stars in a mass formation. Imgaine one giant black hole that formed from 1000s of Black holes. You get my idea.

i thought it was insanely focused stars where i could have been a blackhole but instead had formed to expels energy while in consmed it, something odd like that. i love blackholes *stars in eyes*
yeah... no one saw me do that... well whatever it is... theres no real design to a black spot for an image right? better to color the gravity, or if it were possible to stop the effects of a blackhole's gravitational effect in the event horizon, the (as theorized) compressed and stretched object would be completely red or whatever color you want to show extreme heat....... what better color for a black hole than blue or purple. since they say it consumes, where a quasar releases too, so yellow and red for burst of energy. :P once again im babbling

it looks more like supernova to me... as a suggestion i would have used the blast as an additive effect on top of the star. Right now it has the feeling of the side of a ball exploding out to the side. In space, explosions are generally omnidirectional.

true usually, but as said above, the gravity pulls light in while releasing it... *still theorized* and thus, the light being pulled in from all but one side in this pic, while a burst is shot from the center,... but meh i like making space stuff.... not aliens or ships, but planets and stars :P

Well I'm not going to profess myself a authority on the manner as I've never seen a quasar myself and have no clue whatsoever as to what one really looks like. I was just commenting I guess on what would make it more aesthetically pleasing to me. I guess all i can say is keep up the good work.

I love the part where the torus exploded into random and unrealistic beams of light!

If the light could overlap the torus a little more, it would be better. I really like the "Quasar" part of it, the random lines behind it are excellent.
Nice job, but please take out that extra text o_o

you could actually slowly clean the text out with the clone tool. It would take a while but you could do it.
