Just find a picture on a website (like a video) right hand click on it, and go to save picture as . . . then go to your user CP then go to edit avatar and last,
upload the wideo from your computer, then BADA BING, you have an animated avatar, it can move and it doesn't need to be a long video doesn't matter how long it is. |

this is a waste of space

Um, that doesn't necessarily answer his question >_>
To make the image transparent you need PS, or GIMP. In Photoshop it's easy, you can just use the Magic Eraser Tool and it all goes away. In GIMP... I actually don't know, I hate GIMP and can't figure anything out. If you want to make your avatar animated you'll need some GIF animator program or something. |

For the animation I recommend GIF Construction Kit

Not exactly, I kind of just want the grey part of the picture gone but the rest stay like click away and the token.
I'll try that out and see how it goes ehh... actually, the ones I saw mentioned I had to pay 25$ to buy and use it, I really don't have money for that so i guess staying with a normal picture is just what ill have to stick with. Thanks!

Um... GIFFY is free, and is makes a certain colour transparent with about 3 clicks. Unless you meant the animation program..?
