Like many of you said, if we knew everything there wouldn't be any point in science or mathamatics, now would there? And in my opinion it is human nature to want to know things. It's just instinct, live with it. And it, again in my opinion, is impossible for a human to know everything or close to it. A machine could have enough memory to hold all information, which many of generations have inputed into its memory. That simple. Again, it's not possible to know everything, and there is no point ink knowing everything. It would ultimately lead to everyones insanity trying to learn it all, thus resulting in utter chaos. Thanks for reading me out(lol).

It is scientificly impossible to know everything. The world will always have some unansewered question. Maybe it's what would of happened if we did this instead of this. Or how long would it of taken for this to happen. Theres no way to know all.

we as humans are the smartest animals alive. Our minds our so powerful and humans in general are very intelligent but since were so smart does that give us the right to take over this planet and turn it in to trash... Some species were here before us, so does that give us the right to destory their habitats, homes and put roads and all this stuff every where with out any regard to the other creatures that we live with... do u think this is what the creator of the world intended us to do when we were brought in to this planet. sorry a bit off topic, just curious

Well, first off, your right. We have no right to do that, but the fact is that we do have the highest intellegence among all other speices. They do deserve our respect.

Perfection; the strive for it. The problem being, you must start with the individual before you enforce mass change. There are far too many people in need of individual change in order to accomplish absolute truth.
We seek truth in search of a form of solace, to answer those questions to make us even more powerful for the more we know, the stronger we become and humanity tends to like the feeling of empowerment. When all is known, we will cease to exist, or so I see it as that. Although, I don't believe anyone from this plane of existence (Or others, for those of you who believe in the spiritual, etc.) know everything. I believe that one individual can learn a lot and gain knowledge of most that is existent, but in truth, knowledge will never truly be achieved because we constantly alter truth and create lives of falsity. Of course, this ties in to personal beliefs for each individual and since I do not follow a god, or Judeo-Christian religion or belief of after-life I place high emphasis upon the self, the individual. Question exists because we wish to learn, understand, comprehend, reciprocate what we have seen. We're born destructive and it's the shaping of society amongst other things that affect our perspective on learning, and how we choose to identify with it. Western culture as a whole, tends to focus too much on the ego, the individual, while neglecting the world body, or at least, I see it very much this way. There are exceptions, sure, but, I largely believe it is not like that. Human advancement is a broad statement considering it's subjective to say what advancement even is. Is advancement gaining that pay raise? Perhaps rising in social class? Material Possessions? Knowledge? Ownership? Tons of variables... Personally, though, it's not something I worry about because no individual will know everything, and if they do, do they use the knowledge in a way that benefits society? If not, than we are still far from perfection or anything close for there are some things that can't quite be taught, but more so, practically learned.
