What the hell kind of CT topic is this?
If you're referring to an atmoic level, then no, nothing is perfectly flat. What's to discuss here?

If you want to consider "flat" to be a surface in which a perfectly round object (relative) does not fall, then there are many and it does not take a 0 degree angle (relative, again) to accomplish.
If you want to consider "flat" as every atomic particle being the same height across the entire surface, then you'll surely never find such a thing. |

Squeek, you forgot to mention "on a frictionless surface" for the former. Perfectly round things can stay still on a slightly slanted surface if the opposing force is great enough.

And thanks to our good friend Lil' Werner, we can't pinpoint anything's position exactly, so your question is moot anyways.

yea a flat surface would be completely frictionless and evenly level to the earths gravitaional pull. so in that case no, no there is not XD
