Hello gang! Sunfan and I will be on the Jury for the 2020 Mafia Championships. What this means is that we have some voice in who gets to end up in the Semifinal bracket. (We'll be watching each of the Qualifying Games. We have no power beyond that.)

The representative nomination process doesn't need to be a big deal. My personal suggestion is to do the Three Vote method like we do for Host Voting. Each voter gets three votes which they declare in the TWGV tag. At the end of some period we tally the votes: the winner is our official representative and second place is nominated as our official replacement.

Sunfan should weigh in too, this is just one way to get both a main nominee and a replacement in the same process.
