in seriousness idk i built my PC like 3-4 years ago at this point, and have uhhh

1060 GTX with 3gb
i5-4460 at 3.2ghz
8gb of ram

shit runs this game perfectly enough.. all i could really do is upgrade the ram or the CPU but idk it runs good enough

edit: my original build had a GTX 960 2gb version but i spilled some vodka on it once and it lit on fire so i had to buy a 1060
