If you already have a jungle, Lee Sin; Tryndamere is excellent too.
IMO some of the most lethal top champs are probably Irelia, Riven, and Wukong. I like Akali at top because come level 6 you'll nuke them with your q>r combo and begin zoning. You could do the same at earlier levels and place your shroud near the enemy champ, then harass with q and melee if they stay close.
