just signed out, but i've got the dibs-ing up to date. added a "updated up to post#" because i guess it'd be easier to keep track of the reserving of songs.
Also gonna add the reserve limit rule and a list of people who have access to the accounts (so far me, MrRubix and Plan_bsk8)
