Ok so to vote you do the following without the * after the first bracket
[*TWGV]NAME OF FUCKER YOU ARE VOTING [/twgv]
Make sure that TWG is in order and you don't forget the / in the last one. If you miss it up it will not work and will not be counted no matter how clear your intentions are.
But do it correctly and it will bold and color the name red, counting it as a vote
