Im trying to follow standard rules. Its the same as any other hearthstone event that is currently being held. I've been a little lax on situation.

This is a possibility that will never happen. You may only play a class once.
To address the both of you:
I'm not requiring screenshots of decks, its way to much work on my part, and even if i did, i couldn't watch each match to verify that the person was making good on their end.
