Spicy Opinion alert: One thing that people NEVER talk about in FFR history is how at some point, every top SM player that had a presence on FFR just stopped playing
I'm referring to players like
- Etienne
- Myuka
- AnMaO (to an extent)
- Staiain/Lily prior to retirement
- Minaciousgrace
Even though some of these players are retired in general, this resulted in most of the top 100 being FFR diehards that only people in said community know. So I think something needs to be done on this part, find some way of bringing top players back to FFR and I think that the active userbase would go up in someway. What I'm trying to say is that when it comes to the people active on FFR, it's pretty isolated compared to other 4K games
Then again I'm just spitballing what I observed from comparing old FFR threads to newer FFR threads so take this with a grain of salt
