Beginning of the song is D1 territory, and the ending half of the song is on par with Indigo, with the only difference being that it's a constant stream, compared to the triples and seven-long streams of 16th notes. And it's not that long, so length isn't an excuse for it's high difficulty. This song screams 25 or 26 to me.
