town sleeps and hopes the anti-towns kill one another in the night, or that the wolf kills the sk but hits a vest, and the sk kills the wolf
OR
the wolf roleblocks the sk and the sk tries to kill the wolf

that's town's only out in that f4 scenario if the 2 towns are vanilla
