I posed the question to the other judges. It wasn’t something we discussed together because it’s rare to have people releasing singles these days.

EDIT: Singles are fine as long as they are not in other packs. (hence single but lol) No re-releases are allowed unless it’s a v2 and that v2 is significantly different.
