I think the patterns in Bus Rides With People, namely the jumpglut and awkwardly transitioned rolls constitute a bump up to an 11. It's easily one of the hardest 10s currently in game even if it were just the jumpstream sections which are awkward and broken, and then there's this other, more 11-like stuff on top of it, not to mention the awkward roll is near the very end of the song and a pain to AAA.
