What U need to know !!
1. Song restrictions
Step only songs that appear first in AC IIDX with Lincle + Lincle songs.
That means CS songs allowed and Lincle Linked songs allowed.
Any version of the song you want is allowed.
i.e. F has many versions depending of the difficulty, you can step any of them.
Also future OST might sound different as well, you can step !!
Where to get songs ??
Don't ask me !! It's 2 Underground for U ... if U don't know you're not underground enough ... but in some weeks I'll upload the full GST or post a link of it !!
2. Release date and conditions
All songs (except CS unlocks) must have a file with full charts (single charts are optionnal, please refer to 4. for more details) and graphics.
That means songs like QUANTUM TELEPORTATION that can be stepped for this pack aren't not part of this condition.
3. Submissions
Submissions must be sent by:
- PM of whatever forum board you like (KBO, FFR, RF)
- IRC queries on irc.chatspike.net (my nick is Roar I'm ALWAYS on, that means if U don't see Roar I'm on under another nickname, so join #GAYM and I'm one of the two protected ops along with Wineandbread)
- MSN/Skype/email if you have me in your sh*it
Submission must have:
- mp3 file of the song
- your .sm file
All in an archive file zip/rar whatever.
4. Submissions (yes again)
U can do single/solo whatever U want.
However solo charts must have at least
3 charts with easier (or harder) difficulties !! Like for a beginner pack or something.
Please set these charts to Standard/Heavy/Oni ok T.Hanks (U can use beginner and light if U make more than 3 charts (don't use edit (edit sucks)))

5. Submission (yep LoL)
U can resubmit your file to another pack idc care !!
U can also submit released file to this pack (idc care !!)

How to multichart easy
Start with the easiest chart then add up layers to it.
Sometimes U'll have to rework your patterns.
Also avoid f*ucked ^ patterns.
I.E. !!
look at this sh*it mamonis for standard I step only high pitched notes of the main synth and bass drum (all on c1 !!)

now I added low pitched sounds of the same synth (yes it's the same synth U punk As for skipping low pitched sound of the same f*ucking synth (U=0 consistencY))

for Oni I added a layer, I added one blue noto every beat like a baws as U can seE. This is not random overlayering this is the HI-HAT ok stop saying I add random notes peace !!

Mines
They suck, stop thinking about using mines if U can't use them properly (that's the case of 90% of U).
To me, mine is like a note warning you that something will happen (i.e. song breaks).
Putting mines randomly without anything happening in the song is a dumb idea (IMO (how I put mines is not how everybody should put mines ok (but think about it pl0xXx maybe U'll improve your mine usage !!))).
So when a mine arrives it's like Yo check it out !!
One mine is ENOUGH to give you that feeling. Putting a mine every 16ths and on every key isn't NECESSARY and it's ANNOYING, I hate when people do that.
I.E.

this is a good opportunity to put some mines.
I chose to put 4 mines and maybe it's a bit too much !! or maybe not !! (it's subjectivemanias there's no rule about it)

Look at this part where I just stepped nothing I chose to put nothing there not even mines !! It doesn't matter (becuase subjectivemanias !!) but why the should I put mines ?? Think about it.
