i can't seem to find information anywhere regarding a 'submission cap' - is this system still in place or has it been standardized to a certain number? the whole thing is a tad confusing to me at the moment. i checked the new batch submission interface and it shows 0/5 for this OT13 batch so i assume i'm at 5 files to pick and submit from?

edit: disregard, i've found this after reading the submission rules more closely. "For every Regular Batch Period and Special Batch a Simfile Artist has a submission cap of 5 files unless otherwise noted."
