Hey I can still dream of something reasonable happening even against all odds!! Like the poorest citizens are also those more at risk of getting it and more likely to keep spreading it, for many different reasons. If the access is paywalled (even though the cost is not exorbitant) the vaccination campaing will be much less effective and there could be severe consequences in the long run, among which like other suggested USA being blacklisted as a travel destination.
