Default Re: How to get better at FFR

To get better at FFR you need to practice, practice practice...
remember all of the pros you see now have once been in your
shoes and have been a beginner and a newbie before. But because
of practice they have gotten better like i have over the years.
What i would mainly focus on is perfects and combos. More perfects and
combos leads to better avg. ranking on FFR, and more AAA's/Tier points.
Also i would decide on which style to choose out of the 3 common ones.
1 handed, Index And Spread.
spread is a way to be good at those hard jump songs and songs that involves
alot of thrills.
Index is good at straight up combo like up down left right and so on. songs like monstrous turtles, rose, CIA rave, blaze are examples. and also index
are good in some repeating arrows/jumps.
1hand is what people usually start off with. its the least affective way but
if your doing master songs with 1 hand then you'll basically be the best in FFR
because 1 hand mastery is so hard to master that it gives you boosts if your
good.

Now once you did everything start by getting some skill tokens, and
token songs. Then practice on them til you get a SDG on them single digit good or you AAA. do this on each song starting at beginner and working your
way up. DONT STOP AT BEGINNER TIL YOU AAA each beginner song... its very
affective and will get you to be a guru in no time. i done this and i am a master in a couple of weeks. but i can't AAA things higher than Very difficult because of i didn't follow this path. i said nah i'll just FC them. now people lower than me gets better perfects.
i know this wasn't a real guide but hey its just a sumirized of all things people saying.
