A long time ago when FFR was still a child, we didn't have artist permissions, we just put whatever we could get our hands on into the engine, and then stuff like this happened. It barely happens at all anymore now that we have a giant list of permissions. (Check the FFR Song List on the website, the first 1000 or so songs on the engine compared to the rest of the songs in-game, and see how many track numbers are missing in each area.)
