We have blanket permission from SHK ( SoundHolicK) as stated in the Artist Permission List Thread. I should also clarify he is a BMS artist.
Supposedly SHK.o2SE is the alias SHK used for O2Jam songs (Death Moon and Identity Part II are some examples). However that only seems to appear in NVLM_ZK's files from what I can see.
