-lightened the layering of jumps from 32 secs - 46 secs

-1:31.977 changed both the 24th minitrills into something more manageable.
also changed up some of the js so it fit in

-1:59.977 reduced trill speed by 25%

-2:16.866 i made this white burst easier to transition into by changing the start from 23 to 12. hope this is ok.
