Same with me I only use my left hand to play so it takes more strain than the right. Though if ur left arm hurts then that means that ur not resting ur arm and straining to lift it up, or ur not so chill when u play. Rest ur arm and it should be a little bit better.

Chill, don't lift ur fingers up too much from the keyboard so the wrist doesn't get too much stress from the wide and speedy finger-joint movements, and chill again.
