As a practicing Messianic Jew, it should be more of a meritocracy based upon what you do as a person. A constitutional republic that's also a meritocracy should be a good combo, but it will be eventually taken over to become an autocracy, bureaucracy or a dictatorship at the hands of a few well off people that think they're the chosen race.
