I have a habit of trying to put the Sonic Chronicles POW inputs into most any rhythm game I try for more than twenty minutes

while I have their code pre-made, using the code tags in the post editor makes it absurdly wide, so I'm gonna not include that here

it's just hue shift edits of the original sprite to match the quant colors
may do a DivideByZero palette since that's the scheme I'm more used to but it's just standard colors for now
