I'm an idiot and just read through permission issue artists to make sure mine weren't any of those and realized one was. Here's the ss of the email confirming use of two Robotboy's songs - it is limited, not blanket.

edit: for the record, I did send a follow-up email to her about which track was chosen for #1, and that we would let her know when #2 was chosen and introduced into the game. Sent a gameplay video of the song in-game too, after it made it in.
